namecheap is a good registrar. They are not on promo like before , that's why they're not frequently used here nowadays. I think you can get a name there for $6.16 ,as a first time . Always visit tldes//com to check registrar that are on promo.

People use it here. But wait until you need to renew the domain name, if you wish to, the price fit make you think twice.

So, how do I reply him to close this sale?

Hmmm I will advice to follow him gently.. Don't disturb him with too many emails if not he will ghost u..

The issue might be from the lead import as they often go to spam and carries dangerous red flag.

Change it back to $499 BIN and give him link to direct purchase.

1. Give him time
2. You shouldn't have reduce the price, now he will think you are desperate
3. Constantly messaging him and price reduction will make it look like scam, you can only reduce the price if he tells you that he can't afford the $499

Though you shouldn't have reduced the price to $399. Tell him he has two options to buy it either via Godaddy or Dan.com . Godaddy is like a household name to most of them.
