There is no way an increase in the unit price of cement will give him money to achieve 50% repayment.

God shall punish all those mafia that want us to continue in pain for reason of what they are benefitting

So the number mafia in cement industry can cry Mafia..... Having a taste of what he dishes out can make him cry.
Anyway I will take this as excuse for govt inability to revive our refinery. The only thing that will make Nigeria refinery produce a litre of petrol is for refinery to start petrol production otherwise it is effort in futility
