USB debugging issues can be frustrating! Let's troubleshoot the USB debugging issues on your Umidigi device:

Enable USB Debugging Go to Settings > Developer options > USB debugging. If you don't see Developer options, go to Settings > About phone > Build number and tap it 7 times to enable Developer options.

USB ConfigurationGo to Settings > Developer options > USB configuration Select "MTP (Media Transfer Protocol)" or "PTP (Picture Transfer Protocol)" instead of "Charging only"

Revoke USB Debugging Authorizations Go to Settings > Developer options > Revoke USB debugging authorizations This will reset the authorization list

Check USB Cable and Port Ensure you're using a genuine USB cable and trying different USB ports on your laptop

Install Umidigi USB Drivers and install the official Umidigi USB drivers for your laptop

Disable and Re-enable USB Debugging Try disabling USB debugging, restarting your device, and then re-enabling it.

Reset Your Device If all else fails, perform a factory reset (Settings > System > Reset > Factory reset).

For OTG issues:

Enable OTG Go to Settings > Developer options > OTG . If you don't see OTG , check if your device s OTG.

Check OTG Cable Ensure you're using a genuine OTG cable

Not so terrible but comparing the specs of the A9 pro and the 15C , I don't see that as an upgrade.

The problem is in the battery – if am not mistaken, they call it "diode" – ,and there's a video out there that shows how to get it fixed.

Just last Sunday, I got my A11 promax back to normalcy when facing similar issue.
When the problem first started some months ago, the phone would shut down automatically and then restart whenever there's power outage or the charger lose connection with power. But that Sunday, it just shut down as usual and hung up on the boot logo, not booting up. That's when I took it to an Engineer and now everything is normal as it should be. The battery even lasts longer now than before.
