of course you have to legalize your documents but the issue is getting an appointment for the legalization can sometimes be very hard….you have to pay to an a date for legalization

it one step at a time…:start from authentication at ministry of education and foreign affairs then head to embassy for legalization. And of course someone can stand in for you but it will charge you
