Yes you can get the type used in business centers. The ones that run only Microsoft Word.

You can get a core i5 6200u, 500gb hdd and 8gb ram laptop here in Kaduna for that price. A very clean one sef.

You will surely see a laptop in that budget range.

Just take your time. Check for processor, storage, if you work at night, go for the one with backlit, Also enquire for battery performance before you pay .
