I am based in Lagos and will like to engage in buying food stuffs from the North and resell in Lagos. I have around 3 million naira saved up for this business and will like anyone that is already in the business to mentor me. Also i will like to know what foodstuffs or livestock i can engage in the buying from the north and reselling in Lagos. I will also like to know if there are stuffs i can buy from Lagos to resell in the North. Thanks

For any business on foodstuff for now, just keep your money till the harvest period that is (September to December) when you can buy at cheaper prices than this time when all the foodstuff has increased more than what we expected and there are no more profits on foodstuff

Any wait when you can still add some profit to what you have before then.

The foodstuffs market is still very profitable now it's just you knowing what to buy.

Ok
No problem, you can go ahead if you want to, but when you start you will see the difference between starting in peak and off peak period

I suggest you stick to the advice of Teetee777.

If you buy at already high price with intention of selling at higher price in south, being an inexperienced trader, you might not sell off everything before prices come down begining from september onward.
