They already have made a mistake if what they quoted is not your application. You should be able to get the visa on this technicality. You just need to make with the right office.

I am not going to bother re-applying , UK is not all there is to see in the world and 8 months is totally worth waiting for to get justice. I just need guidance on how best to pursue it and how to write my PAP letter properly.

This process could take up to 8 months to resolve. If you are patient enough you can try, else you can reapply addressing this.

Make it simple.

We're you refused before? Was date of refusal the only error? Was that the only reason for refusal?

They might stick to the decision at the end or turn it around in your favour. It all depends on how solid your case is. If you have met all the requirements to be qualified for a Visa and the officer made a mistake.

Who contributed? Both parents, one parent? Was it a t bank or separate contributions from their ?

Whatever the case the guidelines below would apply.

Since a large sum of money went in, it might do good for your parent(s) to write a letter stating they gifted you xyz amount towards processing your visa and relocation expense.

In the letter let them state transfer of xyz from their in ABC bank . Attach proof of birth certificate with evidence they're your folks.

What was the previous refusal based on? Are you sure you have corrected all that was given as reason and the circumstances have changed.

If you are sure, then give it a shot.

Your cover letter was too much , cover letter is not compulsory Document so if is more than two to 3 pages the ECO might not read it all is better to make it short and address the main issues! Cos they have others to attend to . So is it better to always go straight to the point ! Sorry about the refusal

Use only one sponsor. Don't complicate things. Ensure your dad's (or whoever your sponsor is) can fully cover the visa cost, accomodation costs, flight cost and othrr expenses.

Get your organisation to write a letter saying you're doing your compulsory NYSC with them , which is mandatory by the Nigerian Govt... Basically their letter is to show that you have ties or things you're doing in Nigetia that would bring you back.

They need to know you're not going there to get stuck.

If you're dad is sponsoring you then his statement should suffice but you can add yours as well so there's evidence you're working and getting paid.

Already ed? If you already ed them they don't need to them again. Assisted service is for those that didn't opt for self service and have not ed their documents.

I beleive what she's trying to say is since the mistake is from their end, the appeal process shouldn't be a long one.

There's no office to , other than to follow the laid out steps to appeal.

I saw a recent post on facebook of a guy whose study visa was denied, because of the immigration officers error. He appealed, and later got it. I can't recall the timeline of the appeal process.

You can Google and see if the search results would take you to that guys story.

How much are you earning a month that you’d spend 250k on one child? Even as adult I put 60k for myself.
