Captured April, got the port the next day. In less than 24hrs. But my case was a technical one

Please what is the meaning of vetted application form on the requirements.

I have already print the application form.

Finally I got my port today, went for capturing march 8, from the day of capturing I started tracking my application, I check morning, afternoon and night. After a month I decided to visit the port office, I was told my port was ready but not at the collection centre yet.
So I didn't bother to track anymore since it's been more than 2 month.
I just decided to check the tracking page yesterday I found out my port was ready for pickup.
It's was DIY.
