Mirinda did NOT transmute into Goldspot.

Mirinda is actually a product from the stable of Pepsi. Goldspot is from a different soft drinks company as well.

Crush in my opinion was the BIGGEST of the orange drinks in Lagos back in the very early 1980s though and it had a very unique orange taste. Even Mirinda Orange had a unique taste back then that was different from Fanta Orange.

Green Sands Shandy was also a big hit with me back in the day... It had a very classic taste when chilled that hasn't been replicated anywhere.

Goldspot has the best taste any citrus drink could ever have.
