Had the same problem, could not hear when they call me, you can try turning on mono audio under audio and visual, it solved my problem

Still doesn't solve it. The speakers are now very low. The call earpiece is not working too.

Pls guys I am trying to unlock bootloader but when ever I input command in the adb console to reboot to flash mode my device stops responding while in flash mode pls any solutions

since you can turn on the loudspeaker while on a call,then it could be an issue with the earpiece flex.
From this your post now,I’m not sure it’s a board issue
If I get you very well,it means you can play music and it rings when you have a call but when you pick the call,you don’t hear except when on loud speaker.

Yes if I get a call, it rings but with very low sound (just the same way music amd video sounds are very low). Then, when I pick the call, I can't hear anything until I put it on loud speaker.
