Good morning my oga's at the top , please my family applied for skills health work visa unfortunately the COS given to us was fake because i got 10 years banned for summiting fake certificate of sponsorship COS while my dependants husband,kids got refusal letters with present condition of Nigeria we can't just stay one place for the sake of our kids so we have decided that my husband go for MSc or even through skills work if he can get valid COS, my question is will my banned as the main applicant affect my "dependants" ,husband and kids future applications if they decide to reapply.
below is my banned letter and my dependant husband refusal letter..
Please will my dependants also get the 10 years or it's just A NORMAL REFUSAL they get?... should my husband go ahead with MSc or get a valid COS to reapply please for the sake of our kids....

You are better off arresting the person who gave you fake cos that dent your future visa application. Even if the person dey uk you suppose implicate am with evidence. if your husband applies you can not apply again only him can apply not even your children can apply cos but parent have to apply to be able to apply for the children. Stop patronising agents but if you are very sure if the genuine of your COS then apply for istrative review

They are not affected from what you posted but your children cannot travel if you are not with them because you and their father are still together legally

Yes we have done istrave Review but for the fact the COS was fake I doubt if the outcome of the istrave Review will be positive..... And yes I know I will not be able to apply again in the next 10 years because any future applications of mine will be refused but what about my kids and husband as the dependant will their future applications be refused as well?.... I'm just asking for my kids and husband if they will were also ban 🤔

Dear Madam, Sorry about what happened. After careful assessment of the letter, this is my take;

The ban was specifically for the main applicant. Your partner can still push his study visa application. Definitely they will ask him in the application form if he has been refused visa before and the answer should be simple, *yes because the main applicant was refused* Ban wasn't mentioned in his refusal letter.

BUT it will be very tough for the children to obtain the dependent visa under your partner cos he can't claim a full custody of the children (woman can still be argued as a single mum). Another problem is that they have the original application form and you are already claimed marriage and family ties before.

I wont even advice him to apply for another UK visa immediately cos it will raised suspicion of desperation. Maybe after some time.

In my honest opinion, I will recommend you to seek a very good immigration advice from a trained immigration lawyer, not all these visa agents/ road side solicitors before taking next steps especially.

Those Agents/street solicitors have nothing to lose and they will always give false hope! They may even complicate things.

You have to wait for ten years to serve your ban before you can get uk visa or proof Tue cos was legit to get the ban clause removed

I recently submitted my student visa application and biometrics . I ed all my documents except the CAS statement because I have read that all you need is the CAS number which I included.
My question is. Is it compulsory to the statement itself?

I intended to write an apology letter to ircc concerning the ban just to redeem my image and probably after some years I can apply to UK as well.

I don't think it should affect your dependants.But to be sure,you can mail home office to confirm.

She will need an updated CAS. The receipt of payment should also be added. However, I know someone who didn't wait for updated CAS as it was taking too long. He submitted the receipt of payment - so we assumed the visa officer reached out to the school to confirm. Bottomline, he got the visa.

I believe if they are not banned it shouldn't affect their UK VISA application but I'm afraid because of Five-Eyes because they do share immigration database with UK, Australia, USA, Canada and New Zealand so that it will be difficult to get visa from any of the above country....

Wait out your ban. Your partner can apply to UK.
