Heritage Bank is probably the worst bank in Nigeria at the moment. It takes a miracle to be able to transfer money using the bank app. It is always "invalid response from bank" for more than a year now. I am stuck with them because it is my salary . Customer care is not responding. Any agency I can report them to?
