3. I am 35 years.
4. My spouse is 26 years and is currently running BSc in ing (UNILAG). She has an OND from Yabatech in Business .
5. A company were I spent 5 years out my 9 years experience shut down last year due To CBN policy on MFBs.

My question is that: how can I prove my experience at the defunct company?
Also, is my profile looking good enough for a positive assessment ?
Furthermore, what are the chances of being nominated for a 491 visa after assessment? ( I am aware that is the only visa HR advisers are eligible for)

I have done different jobs which I wouldn’t really say are core biochemistry jobs.

Are both of your degrees from UNilag?
Re: Defunct company: provide bank statement, payslips, pension and if you have your tax ID, you can get the statement from the Internal revenue service, also evidence of the policy and the defunct company. perhaps email sent to staff upon winding down the company

1). I am about to assess through Vetassess, but my employer is seriously owing pensions and hasn’t been remitting taxes and these are part of the documents required for an assessment. However, I have all other relevant employment details (Notarized Appointmemt and promotion letters, Payslips, ID cards). How can I go about this? However I am stuck between applying for EOI or applying for another English test and aim for superior points to bring my total score including nomination to 90points. As my previous English score of proficient.

Also let’s assume I express with what I have currently, can I Update the results when I get a better English score?

You can fill EOI while still preparing for another English test. You can update your EOI with the new result if you have not received an invitation.

Yes, you can apply for multiple states. However, States may overlook you if they noticed you are choosing other states too. What you can do is create different EOI for the states of your interest.

I am married and my wife is 33years has a degree in library and information science and and over 5years experience in istrative operations with a Nigeria company with no proof of payslips and tax details.

Please, which is the best pathway and assessing body for me?

UPDATE: One of us has helped made representations to the NUC. They'd visited atleast three Directors - all of whom appears to be cooperative to help. We've been asked to submit a formal letter, which will be submitted this morning (Nigerian time). However, it will be good to have some data to accompany the letter. If you have assessed with a *4-year Bachelor Degree* from Nigerian Universities, are you able to quickly help fill this form. If we can submit 100+ data record it will show that this is an overwhelming issue.
