It's not safe oh, bandits are roaming the streets, if u come in a flashy car u will be kidnapped. Your only guarantee is to come with a battalion of soldiers

Ndi Owerri, good to know that you are visiting the South West probably for the
first time. It's obvious that you are not familiar with SW and I understand.

Oyo state is almost the size of your whole South East but most Yoruba folks know or must have heard of the place inside in Oyo state you're visiting.

Here's wishing you a safe and successful trip from and to Owerri in Imo state, South East, Nigeria.

A people that continue to be tribal and sentimental will soon be consumed with their hate and jealousy,

You see, if you have a go ahead group in your area, instead of jealousy them allow them to lead and show you the way. That’s why England and are doing well as is Europe as a whole are doing well

An Owerri Ibo boy claiming Lagos indigene. Why are you ashamed and denying your own tribe. This is a case of severe inferiority complex. You want to be a Yoruba man so bad 😂😂😂

U should be more afraid of hotel bandits who use people that lodged in their hotels for rituals.

Watch ur back...such is prevalent in most southwest states.

The Journey from Lagos to Ibadan (Oyo state) is the most frequently journeyed in Nigeria.

I can categorically say a person claiming to be a Lagos indigenous person can never fear to enter Oyo.

Oyo state is barely 1 hour from Lagos. Ask the Omo Ibo called Lagos 1st son what he is going to do in Oyo state from Owerri.

You better be very careful and avoid traveling on that Lagos/Ibadan highway except it’s absolutely necessary. The Fulani herdsmen menace in that axis is worse than even some Northern states. If by any stroke of chance you escape the deadly herdsmen who have taken over that stretch of road and surrounding bushes, what about the skull miners?

Many travelers have been kidnapped there and beheaded, with other vital body parts and organs dismembered for rituals. Unfortunately, the media is not reporting all these atrocities but those around can tell you horror stories.

My brother, abort mission or use a helicopter. I will rather travel freely in Somalia than travel on that road!

Most of you thrive on lies, propaganda and deception. This same road where many have lost their lives to herdsmen and ritualists or another one? Even some prominent people with police escort have come under attacks severally and the news can be found on the net, yet you come here to lie so shamelessly?

You and your likes can only deceive the ignorant ones.

Let’s even agree that it’s a busy road as you said, does it change the fact that it’s equally a very dangerous road? Those using that road despite knowing how dangerous it is are doing so because they have no alternative.

To me, it’s as dangerous as Maiduguiri/Bama road in North East.
