1. There is a section in the application form that ask if you have been refused visa before, did you confirm yes, that you have been refused Canadian visa and explained the issue that transpired. ( the debt to the crown issue and your subsequent payment)? Also, bear in mind an application cannot be successfully submitted and transmitted to IRCC without payment. I suspect payment was made and their was a chargeback on your application.

2. Do you have access to all the information the agent filled in your first application and where you consistent with that same information in your 2nd application?

I would advise people to avoid agents, some of them dont understand this visa application thing. Better doing it yourself.

We had pictures when we are young and I have statement of to use , he said he wanted to use himself as sponsor now our information is not same please want can I do on this situation. What looked similar was a consideration letter written by a moniker in 2016 when I applied for my TRV and was waiting for a decision. She's a medical doctor who needed to go for a medical conference. she was to speak in that program as well. She had never been to any country before then. She said she wrote a consideration letter and submitted as part of her application and her visa was even approved ahead of others who were regular travellers. The IRCC invited her when she came back for a chat in their lagos office, during which they asked how did the conference go and they were touched by her letter so they considered her.

Ok, you would need to address concerns in both GCMS notes because that is the remark that would keep coming up to the attention of any visa officer attached to your file.

Also, if you really declared your refusal then there is likely something inconsistent in your application. Perhaps, something the agent had filled in your first application which you are not aware of when filing the subsequent application.

Another case, though different from this, which I've never heard of before was the lady whose case I once shared here at the US embassy. Her bank statement was showing a an amount lower than the requested figure. Ordinarily, its supposed to be an automatic refusal. Imagine the VO asking if she could present another bank statement with the amount requested as a requirement for a student and she said yes. The VO placed her on processing while she ran up and down to make up the money. I'd have found it difficult to believe . It was my statement she presented. Those were very rare scenarios.

I understand you. But in your case, a decision was made based on your new application, not based on the one that was refused. That makes the scenario a different one from what the moniker had said above (you filled a new form, paid a new fee, etc) . Had your refusal of same application been reversed after the said letter was sent to IRCC and you got approved, then it would have been same scenario.

Are you applying for UK visa or Canada? UK and Canada are part of the 5 eye that share applicants information but I dont think they share deep of applicants information only if you have been refused ban or criminal charges before. If you are applying to Canada let him invite you with the correct documents as a brother ,please state all your past refused visa.

Do not fret, it is probably being processed in Nairobi, Kenya. They will return it with your mum’s stamped visa

- Write a letter of sponsorship, and indicate in the letter that you cover the cost of her education. You can state your relationship with her and the reason why you want to sponsor her too.
