What happened was the most simplest of things that could be easily corrected,but it seems you are one of the trolls on NL.
You actually got a used fan,you wouldn’t want it to be 100% like it’s new…the fan works optimally,it charges and the led light works..Then what again do you want from the fan ? Sparkling clean ? Boxed in a carton ?

try to address the part of the fan being 16 inches opposed to 18 inches. Also the buyer stated that there were missing screws and they had to use glue to hold part of the fan. I don't think because something is used, screws should be missing. Lastly the buyer said the only indicator seen is when the fan turns on. Is this a default setting or there's something wrong with the charging indicator? I like the business you are doing so I hope both of you reach a middle ground.

From the model number search, it was clearly written 16inches.. 🙄 also there's a slight difference with the one you showed and the one on the website. Yours has 3 propellers and the ones online has 5. Anyway, y'all should come to an agreement.

I patronize nairalanders more than you can imagine but what I hate is someone trying to play me for a fool. I have long-term plugs for different appliances here that I've even referred to other relatives in different states. One of the other fans I bought last week was delivered by another nairalander I've been transacting with since 2018. Please compare the conversation below with our own. There's no issue at all because he delivered what I was expecting.

I don't know much about fans but I'll think that the model number portrays the size of the fan as with other electronics. I don't know if the case is different here. Maybe you might tell us.
