Good day everyone. I already opened and funded a Bitnob virtual visa card, but PayPal declined the card.

I just got an update from their customer that the card can only be used for online payments, that it does not funding of PayPal.

I want to buy $150 PayPal funds, any genuine person should please signify or probably refer any genuine seller.

Your Bitnob card has a US billing address and so, if your PayPal was created with a Nigerian profile, it will not accept your Bitnob dollar card. Your dollar card will only work on a US PayPal . I'd used a virtual Dollar card on a US PayPal in the past and it worked just fine until the was suspended due to the requested PayPal requirements I couldn't meet.

You might be right, because my PayPal is has a Nigeria billing address.

Eversend have disabled my after loading $84.78 in the .

Prior to this, I tried using it to purchase on AliExpress the card was bounced stating security reasons. This morning I tried to the the respond I received is " disabled"

Grey don't charge maintenance fee, they only take 1% as charges in naira when converting to dollars but card is $4 + $1 non withdrawable = $5
And their rate is good.
I just checked bitnob rate and it is massively good, getting that card°
