To be really honest, getting a job in Canada on a visitor visa is harder than getting a camel through the eye of a needle.

I don't mean to discourage you, but it's challenging to find an employer that is willing to sponsor someone who is in the country as a visitor these days. To be honest, it is almost impossible to get one within six months of entry.

In any case, this is just a heads-up, and you could try it because you might be fortunate enough to get one.

Did you see the update yourself? Tell him to to your in your presence to allow you to see things by yourself.

My friend, you should stop believing that you have a visa application pending or in process until your agent logs into your in your presence.

I believe a decision has been made on your application, but he doesn't want to tell you yet until he gets his balance from you.

I submitted my application visitor visa since last year did biometric July 17 2023 through agent, on December i went to his office to know how far about my application he showed me my dashboard which I saw it clearly ,Application received on 02 December and he showed me another place which they wrote my application still under the process since then if I called him, his response is still same on the March this year I went back to his office again to confirm to my surprise nothing change still under the process I told him to rise a web form because I have learned a lot since I ed this thread around September, he refused and I don’t have any please my people what can I do

If your application dashboard shows that your application was received on December 2, 2023, that means your application was submitted on December 2, 2023, not July, as you claimed.

It appears that the application he filed on your behalf in July was denied, therefore he filed a new one for you on December 2, 2023.

Or your agent showed you a fake dashboard.

God knows I hate anything fake I have my own and my business which is very active till now but what I can is on November 2023 which I always disturbed him that how far about my application I really wanted to travel before 2023 end he called me around November that Italy is going on now if I’m interested I should go and print my statement of and I had about 10m in my so I think that where he got me. Still hope for the best sha someone already said here earlier that I should wait till May/june

You’re still waiting instead of you to enter his office and give him on sight. Collect your UCI number from him in every thing you do, you deserve to know what is going on with your application

What really paining me those agent always in a rush to summit applications I told him around June that is 5m that I have in my if it’s not enough I can find to it but said someone use just 2m and they gave her visa, my visa maybe refuse because of insufficient balance. I think it is usually the cost of processing. They know that if they do it themselves, they'll pay as much as 7-8m, with a larger part of it dedicated to the POF. On the other hand, the agent tells them to bring just 500k-1m and they'll do it. Of course, what the agent doesn't tell them is that he/she will use fake documents and that the likelihood of getting a misrepresentation ban is very high. In of all of this, the point these people are missing is that they can actually source funds themselves and figure out their application themselves.

If your application is received on 2nd Dec. You are on December list.
The date your application is received or your biometric date is the determining factor, not when you start.
November applications are waiting for results. So, December applicants will need to chill for now.
I think IRCC is clo on October application results. Possibly, November applications will start getting results from April and December applications will be next on May.

I emailed Nairobi office and after some days i noticed some activities on her . Apart from that, I ordered GCMS notes last month but there wasn't much info on it. She received PPR yesterday.

Applications can be sent to any visa office or decided on in any visa office. People only stated their recent observations of Lagos processing applications these days which was peculiar because it used to be Nairobi at least since 2021 and other people attested to it while some has theirs processed in Nairobi visa office. stop stirring up unnecessary drama. My 2021 visa was Nairobi and my recent one is being worked on in Lagos, how about that?

It's not illegal to use an agent. You've said it all, bro.

However, if you go through an agent because you don't have a strong POF, please don't come here crying if you discover at the end that your agent used fake documents on your behalf or if things don't work out as planned.
