I carry around a travel router with a VPN when I travel. All my devices are connected to it. It has several benefits. The biggest being that when I get to a new location I don't have to reauthenticate stuff like my email s or banking s because of ip geolocation.

Now if you constantly change your ip address you would have run into that. You don't seem to have run into it, or you would understand it, meaning you are most likely lying.
