People come to bet and go to their hustle. Nobody sits and be wasting his time in any bet shop.

There are gamblers in every country, either rich or poor. Maybe Seun or what ever he calls himself have never heard of LAS VEGAS in America or BLACkPOOL in England. Wealthy people bet also.
