Let him do a request letter to the bank duly signed, requesting the bank to do the MBS for the period he wants, you can deliver the letter to the bank after he sends it to you. The ticket ID and PIN will be sent to his email. Please which bank does he use?

It’s never too late since you were given a 7 days ultimatum. And beside also do go ahead and submit the printed updated statement your husband printed on his app.. send via webform and any other means you have too.. don’t wait too much for the MBS cos since your husband isn’t around, it might take a whole lot before the bank respond to his request cos they will need to do some verification for diaspora customers.. I once worked with access bank before I left Nigeria and I know how all these verification works… just a piece of advice too but if they can assist send it before the due date then it fine

It’s never too late since you were given a 7 days ultimatum. But for someone that was to start PGD in a DLI school in May 2024, and almost ready to submit application for His wife's SOWP, How can he change to a Masters program.

Can he apply when he arrives Canada with the study permit for PHD or will have to do a new Canada study permit application afresh for Master's ??

What is the average cost of a Masters program in Canada.

My story.
*I still have a running visitors visa of 10m POF since Nov, no update till now on my wife profile.
*I applied for sowp on my profile which was reject and GCMS notes above.
* for my proof of funds evidence. I did a gift deed of 10m from my sister, picture, her statement, her date of birth.
*my wife studies ends by April no plan for extra year so she is going for pgwp.
I need your advice moving forward with the ban on sowp.
1. Can I update the money in my in other to update details for running visitors visa application for myself and son on wife profile
2. Can I be reconsidered on my sowp application
3. What evidence do I need to show more between myself and my sister
4. Do u apply for new visitors visa on my profile

Your sister statement will show money inflows, how did those funds come in? Is it via business or salaries, depending on the source, then get documents to back it up. How many months statement did you submit? You can show earlier financial help or assistance from your sister to you in the past and you need a good SOP to tie everything together.

She into business what other documents show I show please kindly list them out sir/ma. 6 Months statement was used. For the SOP can you please send a sample guide of how to solve the area of interest.
Also if I am increasing the money, will I be doing a new gift deed and fixed deposit?

I have a sowp visa while my spouse has study visa. We plan going there three months before the start date of her class. Will there be consequences? Is three months too early?

I think this should be straightforward.

Even though you’re eligible for PGWP so far you’re a Post Graduate or Undergraduate student your spouse doesn’t qualify for SOWP, except you get a sponsorship job which requires LMIA.

PGWP is a work permit for students that’s why I said it’s tied to study permit.

When you graduate, you are no longer a student. If you are granted a PGWP, it means you are now working. The policy did not state that PGWP holders can not bring in family, it said student studying etc.
