If you know Vladimir Putin you know he does not bluff. That was how they said he cannot enter Ukraine but he has done just that. The man is a ruthless former KGB officer who is willing to sacrifice everything and everyone to ensure he achieves his goals. The west knows this that is why they are threading cautiously with him. They don't want war on their territory but are using the Foolish Ukrainians as their proxy.

If it's not officially declared, then it's not a war.
