Intelligence can only work in a society where there's a cordial relationship between the security operatives and the locals. In Nigeria, people in uniform are always looking for opportunity to belittle and intimidate bloody civilians.

This is why many people are canvassing for state police. If the everyday friends you can trust work for the police, you won't have a problem sharing information with them... unlike what we have today.

Fulanis aren't owners of Nigeria. They are part of tribes in Nigeria and by nos, they are minority. The day Nigeria breaks up, they ll go to their own states.
