Seun please reward this guy. His design may not be topnotch but atleast the fact that he could come up with a concept to rebrand nairaland in some way should be rewarded. To the rest of y'all who are calling his design trash and all, have you ever thought of ways to improve something that may not directly benefit you?  ...I'm certain that majority of the OP's critics can't even design a circle, much less come up with something like this ...

This site might be owned by a Nigerian but it mustn’t necessarily have Nigerian colours in its design. It’s like saying that twitter X must have yellow, white, red, blue,green and green or South Africa or the USA. |

Honesty is what you need right now to help you. That's trash. If asked how did you come up with the logo what will you say. I'm pretty sure it's drag and drop or Photoshop mixing one image with text. I doubt you used illustrator of any drawing to get that. Look at that N very basic. Wasn't even made custom. You just picked a font and typed N. There's a lot to logo design, with my years of experience in graphics design I never accept logo jobs cos not all designers are logo designers. It looks like all this saloon and online beauty shops that just slap gold and florals to a letter. Go and study logo design properly and trust me you'll be ashamed of this and want to do better. Look at another person's logo with same florals you used. Your logo isn't even unique, your logo shouldn't cause copyright issues for a client. 1 Like |
