In Madrid is not always so. There was a season Morata played much fewer minutes than Benzema but if you check their number of goals, it wasn't far apart. In that season Benzema always start in big matches.

He is the current best player in the World (kinda hard fact IMO) so he should be on Penalty duties at Madrid (or any other club in the world). But we don't need to be bothered by the rumors because of how his 2022 fiasco turned out. In nine out of ten scenarios, Mbappe will take penalties in Madrid. He is a bigger player and better than Vini, Bellingham, and Rodrygo. All three of them will even acknowledge Mbappe leading the team just like CR7 arrival in 2009. Even his wages will put him as the top earner of the club (over 3-5X of our other youngsters wages). Forget all the hate Mbappe received from we, Madridstas, after the 2022 incident; almost every single football fan knows there is no better player than Mbappe at the moment.

First of all, a forceful kick to the back of the Yamine Lamal's thigh by the defender. A clear penalty. No need for VAR check on that one.

Second of all, the goalkeeper came off his line before the penalty kick was taken. So, the penalty kick has to be re-taken. It is well known rule that one leg of the goalkeeper has to be on the line, as at time of penalty kick. I know you saw this but you just want to be bitchy and mischievous
