Please I need help, My son captured at alimosho port office on Dec 18 and went there for collection on 30th Jan , only to be told that they can't find my son's port but its been produced. I was told to go to Alausa to check for it and was also told its not at alausa (production office) after searching their office for it that i should go back to Alimosho and tell them to look for it.

Please which processing office is faster between NIS HQ and gwagwalada port office, I'm applying online now . And again I saw 35k for 32 pages 5 years and my sister that did her in January paid 25k for the same 32 pages and 5 years. Or have they increased the price?

I applied for my port in December and was unable to do the verification in delta state as I went to the wrong office. I paid 25k then. I'm currently in lagos, where would be easier for diy?
Also , would I be expected to pay extra with this recent increase?

Good evening all,

I have finally ed for my pp renewal which expired today. The process is simple and easy. So far you can read and understand. Quess what I used my Android phone to complete the task.

For payment, I went for Paystack, then my Zenith Card. And it was successful. After that, I clicked on the " application and payment receipt" below. The files open respectively then I sent it to my "pdf adobe acrobat app".

Lastly, I went for book appointment. Unfortunately, no date in October again except November. So I chose my date and click on print appointment slip button. It opened, since it's my phone, no printer; i had to send it to my "pdf adobe acrobat app" to save and print later in any of the business centres. Also, a copy of the appointment slip was sent to the email I provided during my registration.

I i got the information I needed for my pp renewal here, I have come again to tell us that I have collected it now.

February 02, was my collection date but when I track it, it was not ready yet. So that day I didn't go. I had to wait until Monday 12th after tracking and it's the same, I had to visit their office only for me to be told that my pp is ready.
One observation when I received it, I saw that the issue date is NOV 14..

I chose HQ, did my capturing on the 26th jan, picked up on 13th Feb with plenty prayers and blood of JESUS🤣. I didn't tip anybody though

You can only apply for renewal when it is only 6 months left to expiry.

I took all my documents just in case they decide to be funny.

They didn't ask for any though mine was renewal. They asked for just the appointment slip, payment slip and application slip. I ed others online but still carried it along.

I will also advise you to early. Days that have less crowd are Thurs/Friday.

I just checked for appointment date and it's on the 19th which falls on Monday that use to be crowded.

Hello peeps, please can one make payment for a fresh port and get to choose a farther day for capturing? like pay for port this february and pick ending of March as preferred capturing date or the system automatically pick the next available date after payment? Also, which is advisable between Ilesha port office and Akure for DIY?

Congratulations Boss for the port collection....I just got done booking an appointment on 26th this month at the oyo immigration center, Since you did your biometrics capturing at oyo, i want to know the required documents to take along with me to the center. Thanks so much

They did not request for any guarantor form when I went for capturing on Wednesday at Alausa Ikeja port Office.

Please did anybody capture in Ikoyi this February and has collected their port. I did mine there and someone is telling me that there are no booklets.
