This is why PayPal has refused to fully accept Nigerians. Upwork and Fiverr gets harder by the day because many Nigerians only think about scamming. Like say you guys don't earn commissions on each PayPal transaction.

I messaged josephsm823 initially since some moniker here vouch for him and his NL is since 2012. But he won't respond. Is he still in business or not? No information. I vetted several other persons here most of them had someone calling them out somewhere for scam (for instance Nehamo). Some very new NL s sent me DMs, I avoided them. Only to still end up with a fraud - Fortuneed. So, yes this place is of no use.

There is a list of verified and certified vendors here and tabbaz has been doing good by blacklisting touted scammers. I suggest the certified list be pinned or always updated on each page by the s to avoid these scams.
