It should be 5 years minimum.

Putting conditions for people to show their skills and their competence before japaing...helps everyone including those they will be treating abroad. Imagine, you are in UK and someone from Nigeria that has never practiced Nursing is treating you after license verification with zero experience.

My only ask is that ...it should be easy for people to train in hospitals without knowing people, and they should be able to serve without difficulties for those 2 years.

You are very stupid with your comparison, comparing a course studied with military. Compare NYSC with compulsory military service of other countries. With these your statements, your reasoning is very poor. Nigeria govt is not training these workers in school, some attended private schools. This makes your comparison and statements foolish
