He is either going to or returning from function, in this high time it's advisable to carry some engers to cushion the high cost of living. From my point of view he is helping the enger while helping himself, he is supposed to charge the enger #500 for Opi junction but when the enger said he have only #300 he asked him to enter, very kind of him.
