The last time i packed out from a building it was night o. The guy that was to pack the load came at night during covid 19 curfew. I couldn't get to my new apartment before 10pm. We got to the estate around past 11. Thank God it was a covered truck,i had to pack it on the road while i ed night at my inlaw house nearby. As early as 6am,na me wake the neighbours with a bang on the gate to welcome their new neighbour 😂😂

The last time I packed out after my months quit noticed. The whole thing happened as planned, I came back by 7pm with a pickup van, and luckily other tenants were not around till I packed all my things and I left.

After one week the landlord called that I'm still owing him for the 3months of quit notice

So that you won't see their rotten mattresses and other things that constitute their property.
