3. Stop putting your ATM card at the back cover of your phone. That's double tragedy if your phone lands in the hand of a thief.

4. Block your bank when at risk: If your phone is missing, or you start getting debit alerts because of theft, block your . You can borrow your neighbour's phone and use ussd to block your bank no.

Check your sim pack, there is a manual there. You will see the default PIN, use it first and change the PIN. If you no longer have the pack, call the customer line to assist you with the default PIN. Then go to the settings on your phone and look carefully, you will see an option for it.
Make sure you have your PUK no before you start. Because if you enter the wrong pin 3 times, your sim will be blocked and you need the PUK no to unblock it.
