Try to request clearing of Sienna first, am sure you won't have much change left to cover trucking and shipping talkless of the cost of purchasing the car abroad. In summary absolutely no!

I asked the first question because of an experience I had last year, customs demanded additional money at the gate because the car was green before allowing the car to come out. They said it is army colour which is not allowed.
