Don't waste your money as you can only renew your port with your former names as such you will have to change the name on your nin back to the name on your port before you can get captured.

But if you intend changing your name to the one on your nin, then you have to go to Abuja with all relevant documents to perfect The change and be ready to pay as much as.....

With this new policy that has been implemented, does it mean no more guarantor form because it wasn't part of the documents to be ed, just NPC birth certificate and LG Certificate that was there.

Is there any other way I can get the guarantors form?

Because I tried using the guarantor form link but after imputing my application and reference number it loads but doesn't show anything

The thing dey come and go did mine 2 weeks ago .some times they will call me to come,half way they will tell me not to bother. Till that lucky day I got lucky and did bio metric. Naija na joke

Now that the portal is linked to NIMC, information on both platforms need to tally. I believe you will need to provide the certificate for the application to be approved.
