It's correct what they might actually mean was some people attended skill acquisition universities na ..
Like monotecniqu or rather a practical base school..

Or rather it's not compulsory instead input other trainers certificate u have

Presently am a state civil servant but he was telling me if I have gotten d federal I can be transferred to another state and documentation too will be in abuja and d likes

I don't need to be their spokeperson before common sense should tell us organisations recruits base on the spaces available to be filled. The same Fire Service did a mass recruitment in 2018 and about 60 percent of who they recruited were Bsc/HND holders. They did replacement last year Nov/December and Bsc/HND holders were also among. Get enlightened and stop giving yourself unnecessary headaches

Nobody can say anything concerning that for now. Definitely documentation will be in Abuja. But nobody is sure of posting. Just put your mind on next phase first. Different recruitment with different policies
