I didn't give up and I sent them another email pleading my case and it has been resolved. I'm so pumped right now. Just logged in and everything is ok. But my last book that caused the issue is blocked, but that's ok. I finally know what caused the error. God is the greatest! This is literally an "eleventh hour" miracle.

I don't use modem. I subscribe 20GB MTN data and use my phone hotspot.
