What do you expect from a lawless state like ours? Everybody is acting "boss" because they felt they're not answerable to anyone. It's so unfortunate!

But you all believed NCS won't work on 25th? Another thing could be that it's festive season, incomings will be much due to gifts, hence, delay is to be expected.
Last mile agent could delay updates too. Like NIPOST, rarely updates the completion of NCS clearance until package is with d delivery office (at least, that's been my experience).

Custom clearance update normally is slow, now imagine same during festive seasons in a country where holidays are celebrated to the fullest, of course the man power is low in these companies this season.

But while I won't exonerate Speedaf from the present delay, NCS carries the higher responsibility!
From my end here, my items arrived on the 16th but today, tracking updates from Speedaf site shows that customs clearance completed on the 27th. That means the items spent 11 good days with NCS.

Update: I went ahead and still appealed my current card like that, even tho the option was absent, ed screen shots and everything.
I wrote in the note the specific card I was appealing, and explained it was a virtual card, and these were screenshots from the app.

It got approved in 3 hours.

Well, Nipost is the most cost effective way.
But you can check out logistics companies in your area, like Gig-logistics and hear their quote.

Use speedaf, it's safer than nipost. I've used them severally to send phone.
