Am not from either of the two states but let say it as it is.

The two state have their individual differences and priorities as development is concerned, so they budget funds for what they believe is their priorities and also take some loans base on how to realise their plans. So it doesn't matter which one is higher or bigger, it all depends on what they want to achieve at a given period of time.

Gburugburu or whatever he calls himself is arguably one of the worst governor of enugu state. Mba is also not close to being good either. However, bringing my place to this argument is totally out of place.
