I learnt there is a new office now in Ikorodu Lagos (igbogbo area precisely). Who knows if this is already functional and can be used to process a new port? Are they DIY friendly too?

The office is located in Ikpoba Hill between NABTEB and Ramat Park.

Open Google Maps and paste 9M25+H6R to get location.
