Is there a service center here in Lagos I can take it to? If yes I would love to take it there for inspection. If they can repair it, I will buy another pack to boost it to 10kw.

Felicity isn't among the best in of lithium battery, its like buying a kia and expecting it to behave like a benz, if you are out of warranty...then it could still be fixed, unlike leadacid, once its dead..its dead... the felicity pack needs to be opened, top balanced and a balancer added. depending on your budget, the bms could also be changed to a Bluetooth type, that shows you the capacity and voltage of each individual cell inside. this is where custom or DIY battery packs trumps these low end factory lithium. this ops I outlined above would have been super simple on a custom pack, but would be more tedious and expensive on factory packs because the cells are welded together, not screwed,

if you are in my zanga, may hv considered helping you fix the pack, however confirm your location, you may be lucky somebody knowledgable about lithium packs would be willing to help you repair it.

don't mind the kazeems saying lithium is bad...it reminds me of the car kazeems that discouraged people from buying automatic cars when it came out, giving foolish useless reasons that sounded ok to them...when the koko was that..they simply didn't understand the new technology!!!.

Battery is still in warranty, I've only used it for a year and 6 months or so.

During the day I use it with all appliances from overn to freezer to ac to pumping machine and washing machine.

At night it goes off before 2am even when I only have 1 bulb on or none at all. Sometimes it won't go off at all and have like 70 percent in the morning on same 1 bulb.

I don't even have the receipt so I'm not sure they will be willing to fix it or anything.

Well, based on experience and in most cases, the only document felicity service centre ask for is the serial number on the appliances.

I actually build battery packs myself, infact I have a 60v 40ah I build myself that has lasted me 2 years already and still going.
Has Bluetooth for easy monitoring.
I didn't wanna open this one because of the warranty.

Just convert this to DIY pack, since you know what to do. Get a 24v BMS.

Thier service center may not even give you the desired result and your batteries will stay with them for days.

maybe kazeems is more concerned about the fact there are more lowQuality lithium cells than there are average durable ones in the market

That's one of the reasons we preach LFP.. you can add lithium of different capacity, different age, as long as their nominal voltage is same(24V in your case), you are good to go!

Stay with whatever works for you. But do not condem what you have not tasted out of mere say. Na that one dey pepper body.

I started using Lithium in 2020. I have 7 different battery packs now including Pylon Tech US 3000, 5 locally assembled lithium pack with varying capacity from 3-7.5kw and a Felicity 15kw pack. I am a realistic hobbyist. What works is what works. Prior to that I had more than 11 years experience of LA ( from AGM to tubular) . I still have some LA in service- total of 6 200amps 12vs, but likely NOT to procure new ones as I have stated earlier last year or so.
The only common LA variant I have not used are the low volts high amps variant. When I recommended lithium, it was born from usage and reality. I do not hate any battery chemistry neither am I a seller or agent for anyone.
I strongly believe in using a battery chemistry personally before commenting on it. So I experiment a lot and form my own opinion. I still recommend LA for many small setups ( more like use and discard kind of, if your load is indeed small ) but ANYBODY with growing or heavy need is better of with Lithium from the onset. Why buy a motorcycle if you have 6 children?
The sad reality is that most LA brands in Nigeria are from India or China and are expected to be cycled about 700 times in their lifetime. A battery’s cycle life is how many times it can perform a full charge and discharge cycle. Please how many years is that if a battery is cycled daily?

Try Pylontech UP2500 or Pylontech US3000.

To add to this, the 700 cycle time has further been reduced by the fact that the batteries have sat for months on the sea and further at the warehouse of the retailer. I have seen a brand new battery at 11.5V. Sulphation is real for LA, another reason to go LifePo4.

LVD used Lead acid parameters. 21/22V depending on Load.
expect less than 30watts.
if your LFP has BMS, go ahead ensure you have all protection set on the BMS, incase this inverter go do equalization at 30 days interval.

LVD is 10.5.
It's not suitable for lithium battery.
Except your modify it externally.

I blame @Masterdazhem for openly stating his budget here. Hopefully, he doesn't end up using someOne here as installer/suppliier because chances that they would help him spend more than that budget is very high.

once again, I constantly would keep on saying this, make una try dey avoid Lithium batteries. Even banks, Telecommunication masts, etc, companies that have deep pockets don't/rarely use Lithium batteries, YET una for Nairaland go dey TRY force am down the throat of those who don't know any better. Some of whom are evven struggling to buy 200AH batttery sef.

I have 20 pcs of 300-watts s, use both MorningStar, and epEver MPPT chargeControllers, yet na common acid battery I dey use and have encountered NO issue.

Also, make Una dey try dey avoid Hybrid Inverters. The way dem dey spoil eh, no be here. Even the process of REPAIRs get k-Leg.

That One paid more, doesn't necessarily mean they would get something much better.

Your LFP must have a BMS.

If you are within or out of warranty, you can still take it to Felicity & they will fix it but if you are out of warranty, the fixing may come at a cost. Alternatively, you can buy Heltec 8S 5a lifepo4 battery balancer from AliExpress & it will most likely resolve the issue. I have 4 Felicity batteries & I fixed the battery balancer on all 4. All is good now. You can also buy a battery monitor from AliExpress to monitor individual battery cell in the pack
