Didn't you see they were relying on disobedience of a court order to hold a congress? LP is a beneficiary of same ruling. In fact, any position won by PDP will be lost to the person/party that came second if they present similar argument.

Calm down…I live in Plateau and voted here I can tell you what happened at my polling unit which is a mirror of what happened in most polling units. People voted for LP intentionally and voted their choice of other candidates in the other parties separately. Obi won overwhelmingly here.

It was same lack of congress and disobedience of court order that made APC not participate in 2019 rivers gubernatorial , senatorial,house of rep and house of Assembly elections.

Apart from that, if he decides to hold on to the ministerial position, there is going to be a supplementary election in that senatorial zone and Apc would definitely not win. So the best bet is for him to let go of the ministerial position and nominate someone else for minister.

Zamfara case was handled by conventional courts as a pre-election matter. Why would election tribunal dabbled itself with validity of nomination of candidates of a political parties?
