This is to show us the kind of ministers we've been given, I have always said it that ones you serve your tenure then nothing more should be your concern regarding the office when you are done serving. Tilumbu held Lagos state hostage even after so many year of leaving office as governor and that dynasty is what Wike is trying to build too.
