Please has anyone stayed in Dubai with visit visa (tourist visa) who applied for UK dependent visa, were you able to get the Dubai police clearance certificate? Please if yes how were you able to get it from outside Dubai because I’m no longer in Dubai now, I received a message from UKVI to provide that but I don’t know if Dubai (UAE ) issue that to visitors.
Mind you I’m the dependent not the main applicant, main applicant has a Dubai resident and we provided for own police clearance.

I applied using immigration agent and their email was used in the application, he chatted me today requesting for the Dubai police saying it the only document requested from the NSF message by UKVI.

You should ask for a copy of the email and read it yourself

Anyway I assume you are a dependant of someone who applied for skilled workers visa in health and/or social care sector.

The police clearance should be from any country (except the UK) where you have lived for 12 months or more (whether continuously or in total) in the last 10 years, while aged 18 or over.’

If all you had was only a visit visa then respond with a cover letter and copies of your Dubai visa and stamps in and out explaining that you haven’t lived in Dubai continuously for 12months in 10years.Resubmit your Nigerian PCC emphasising that the Nigerian PCC applies in your case.

Your immigration agent should be able to tell you this

please is there anyone waiting for visa that’s for September intake? I’m still waiting for mine and my latest enrollment date was moved to 23rd October.
My application is priority and no dependant.

Applied 23rd September
Bio 25th September
NSF mail 26th September no additional documents requested.

I have made 4 paid calls and only received 1 escalation email on the 11th October saying they checked my application and have seen that I was informed my application would take longer because it’s not straightforward. That prior to entry clearance mandatory checks need to be carried out and this can take time. I should be patient. It’s currently 15 working days now. ( I paid priority)

My worry is that my school have only granted me 1 more week to enrollment and advice that if I can’t make it I should withdraw my application. I am so worried. I have put in a lot of money, time on this.
I paid rent already in the UK which tenancy started October 1st
I have moved my flight twice paying over 400k each time.

Please guys if someone receives visa after enrollment deadline and the school says you have to differ and give new cas (which I am praying won’t be my case) do you have to pay for another visa application and IHS fee ? Has anyone had such experience?

I have the option of using flywire to pay in Naira and this is bring about 5M Naira. Is there any cheaper route to this, someone should help please.

5M to pay £3000, that's qute high. If you buy Pounds and pay directly I don't think it should be that high. Consider that since you have a very short time to pay. No dependants for January intake.

I left dubai around June this but I make sure I got my dubai police certificate of good conduct before leaving dubai...but since you are no longer in dubai I dnt know how possible it will be cos your face has been out from their system the moment you left dubai
I will only advise if you still have someone on dubai give them your details they will it online pay a fee of 200ead with a visa card and again dubai will always ask for physical verification maybe the person will help you go for physical verification there he can explain to dubai police what the situation is am sure they will understand and send the certificate to your email ..good luck
