The terrorist attack was carried out at the time isrealis thought was safe for them to relax. I want to assumed the attackers did a lots of intelligence gathering before they strike. Iron dome can intercept only when instructed to do so. According to the report, the attack was so fast and lasted for 30mins. Iron dome have been activated and ready to intercept, isreal don't forgive terrorist, they will soon hit them back.
