If you intend to pay at a bank, select “Bank” and click continue,
View the list of participating banks and then click on ‘Continue’.
The “Print Acknowledgment” button will help you print “Payment Acknowledgment Slip” with Transaction ID, Application Number and Reference Number.
With the copy of your Payment acknowledgment slip, proceed to a participating bank for payment.

On making payment at the bank, you MUST be issued with an 'approved payment platform provider's receipt that contains a “Validation Number”.

Thanks so much for this reply.

It seems those of us who paid with debit card (Paystack) won't get any acknowledgement slip? We only get payment receipt?

What about if one chooses to pay on=line?
Is it better to pay in person and not online?

Thank you… will do so on Monday

Thank you for your reply.
For those who live outside the country it will be difficult to check monthly.
Although I don't need it in a rush as I can travel with my other port but would've liked to be able to take it with me.
Is the appointment date estimate correct? Abuja seems to have no waiting time for capture.

ekitimanalways:

Good morning, ma'am. You're correct to say that the portal does not accurately. This makes the port tracker unreliable.
Do-it-yourself (DIY) Nigerian port applicants rarely get their ports on the collection dates written on their confirmation slips. Therefore, I would advise you to keep going back to the port office where you had your enrolment (usually about once a month) after the date of collection given to you.

Kemluv004:
Hi. I did mine in May but I'm yet to receive the port it's in production stage now I no longer want the port in my husband's name but my previous maiden name, is there a way to them to cancel it? Note I just did a fresh port last year in my maiden name then got married same last year and changed the port to my married name this year in May.
Is there a chance of canceling the new one in my husband's name and continue with my maiden name port?
Please anyone with an idea can share please. Thanks

You can apply online for your Nigerian port if you live outside Nigeria. The embassies of Nigeria issue ports...

You are only permitted to renew your port when your port has six months or less validity.

The appointment date is always correct.

I captured on 5th of May at Festac DIY

I haven't been there to check if the port is ready.. but with all the news am hearing about Festac (DIY) I will not advise any DIY to use Festac.. Nooooo don't try it.

For me, I decided that once my own clocks 5months on the 5th of Oct, I will make out time and go there to check if the port is ready. I want to give them enough time.

Any idea what month they are producing now at Festac for DIY?

I heard that the Festac port Office is now producing the ports of the applicants who were captured in May 2023. For your sake and for the sake of the applicants like you who went the do-it-yourself (DIY) route when applying for their ports, I hope the information is correct.

Good day knowledgeable men and women. My guarantor does not have international port. Is it a must that my guarantor should have international port before I use him or her as a guarantor for my fresh port? Thanks for your quick response.
guarantor can use driving license and NIN instead.

I think you are the one given wrong information here, as I just leave Festac office.
Nothing is wrong with the file, after I met with 2/I/c he told me that no Servicom file has been produce, that if I am willing to pay for fast track.

I left his office and straight to PCO office, his SA attended to me, give me a note to take to servicecom and my file was given to me to take back to the PCO office.

Stop spreading information you are not 100% sure of.

Please where is his/her office, they didn't let me meet the PCO, me I am ready to pay fast track like this, I am depressed

Good day people of God.

I will start the process of my international port in December this year. However, before I start, what are the requirements for a successful registration?

How much will it cost?

Can I by myself without going to office? I ask this because I have read DIY from previous comments here.

Can I use my younger brother as my guarantor or it must be an elderly person?

Thank you.
