There's NO democracy in Africa more or less in Liegeria. What Liegerians call democracy is NOTHING but DINO (Democracy In Name Only) and nothing more. If your country is practicing democracy, can you differentiate that from military rule? Absolutely NOT! or any other higher qualification as requirement to aspire to become president as long as the certificate presented is genuine and not fake like the CSU certificate presented by Tinubu which the institution is doubting its authenticity!
