It is even too low for a touted master strategist. Like you pointed out, OBJ had a United South, GEJ may have been misguided to favour the north, but he had true allies in SE & NC. PMB had SW and the entire north. The greatest undoing for this istration will be the disunited south, because when the north rallies against him (like they did GEJ before 2011), he will have no base outside SW. Reasonable people should encourage the government to set in motion plans to restructure our polity, instead of fanning the embers of an ethnically-driven power grab. The winner-takes-it-all approach is a recipe for disaster as any good student of our nation's history should know.
