1. Marriage certificate (3 months old)
2. Photos; casual, intro, trad and registry.
3. Whatsapp call logs (7 months duration)
4. Whatsapp chat (1 year duration)
5. TB certificate
6. Police character certificate
7. Bio data of my port
8. My wife’s bio data page
9. My wife’s BRP
10. My wife’s certificate of employment
11. My application form

In my wife’s CoS, maintenance was ticked and there was a sponsor’s note that said maintenance is only being certified for sponsored migrant which I thought meant I have to provide proof of funds during my own application. But I didn’t cause my wife told me that her older colleagues got the same CoS and that their partners applied without pof and they got their visas.

Congreatulations please i will like to know the answer to give to the questions below.

I applied for skilled work visa with my dependent (wife and son) we did biometrics on the 29th of august, I made a paid call today and I was told decision has been made for all of us and I will be ed on the delivery and a mail will be sent.

To call them, get your debit card ready (I used my friend revolut card)

+44 300 790 6268 That’s the number, incase your phone display (0), remove it before calling the number.

I was charged 69pence per minute.

Please use 9mobile, I was charged around 40 naira per minute. Don’t try MTN o, they are armed robbers, the charged me 100naira for 15 seconds.

1) If you don't have PhD, then answer 'No'.

2) Check your COS if Maintenance is certified 'Y' or 'N'. This stands for Yes or No. If 'Y', you won't need to have POF in your bank . If 'N', you need to have funds in your for POF for 28days in a row.

3) Yes

4) Yes and you need to submit Police Character Certificate for Nigeria in addition to any country you have lived for over 6mths or so.. I'm nt sure of the duration.

5) Yes. If not u won't have gotten the COS in the first place.

Please I need an urgent clarifications on the following issues.

1) I checked the amount to pay for HCW visa on Monday it was $629 but today I wanted to pay I saw $623. Does the price change?

2) The Husband who is the Dependent wants to apply with MA and plan to apply for the kids later since their port is not out but hopefully should come out before Visa is granted to partner and he can apply for the kids and travel with them, If MA has travelled before then.
How does he respond to the question[b], "is this person travelling with you"[/b] having in mind that if he says Yes, port number will be asked for and if he says No (will it not affect the application of the kids to travel with him?

3) how should this question be answered[b] "can you provide evidence to show how you both continue your relationship while living apart?" They have both being living together as couple for 5 years.

For whatsapp call logs; screenshot your partner’s whatsapp details and then proceed to screenshot the call logs whether or not it was only her you spoke with(I had some months in my call log where it was only my wife’s call that was in there from top to bottom and other times where other people and her were on the call log). Put the screenshots on ms word and convert to a pdf file, start with your wife’s whatsapp screenshot. You can save her with anything nice and romantic or her first name. You can also save your whatsapp profile name with your first name for whatsapp chat reference purpose.

* You fit ask her to use photo wey una two dey as her profile picture before you start the screenshots sef

For whatsapp chat; export your chat with her to your mail, then copy to ms word and convert to a pdf file. You can google for how to export in case you don’t know how to.

I and dependant got BRP email on the 6th of September. I have received my port from TLS. My dependant tracker shows still at DMC. How long do we have to wait to receive his port

1. That PhD matter should be no unless of course you have a PhD that’s relevant to the your job. Me I be dependant so I nor get work wey dem ask me about.

2. You’re in the best place to answer this bro; go through your COS or partner’s COS, you’ll find your answer there.

3. I was asked this and my answer was YES.

4. I was asked this too and my answer was NO cause I dey apply as dependant and I nor get work there.

5. Again, you’re in the best place to answer this; is your COS under health and care? If yes, then your answer should be YES.

6. The answer to this should be inside your COS.

If it’s Health and Care visa, the visa fee for 3 years and above visa application is £479 per application.
