Per new requirements you have to give biometrics again even if you have given in the last 10 years, and seeing as the letter was sent to you twice If I were you I will just go and do it. It may just be the only thing holding your approval.

apply to another sch,pay tuition fee and get another ission letter.....or write ur sch to defer ur ission to d next ission intake..... lastly but risky, book a hotel,pay for flight and travel to Canada,make sure you go along with ur ission letter..... don't show ur revoked ission letter at POE oooo.
