Why does TFT keep deducting from my when a Gold position is open overnight?

My was at 4.1k before I opened the gold trade at 9pm yesterday, I didn't get in a loss before nor was I in any trade that hit SL, but my now is less just above 2k.

Is there any hidden rule I'm breaking? Because this happened before during the week's market open.

TFT has some crazy swap fees. It's Wednesday, you incurred 3x of the swap fee.

Your swap fee is probably (3*34.9) *3lots = $314 for 3lots or thereabout.

Not sure of the calculation but pretty sure swap is the cause.

This lots size was meant for my Tft competition , I tot I was on TFT mt5 coz both were opened on my laptop, not knowing I opened the 3 lots size on my 10k 😭. I couldn't risk waiting for it to turn positive so I closed immediately it went from -$30 to 0... Not knowing - $15 commission has been deducted. The highest loss on that so far was just $7....This mistake really pain me gan.... This is the 2nd time this will be happen.... Make I focus on one b4 I go mistakenly chop dd by mistake one day.

Or maybe the question I should have asked is how do the bosses in the house manage to do that simultaneously without making that mistake. I wasn't in a rush coz it's just early in the morning....How does trade copier works pls recommend the ones you know

For me I trade the TFT on mt 5 while my live and challenge is on mt 4
Is because of something like this besides I don't for all the competition except for TFT cos it is really hard manually executing trade on multiple s,more difficult for people whose trading system is base on instant execution, This mistake is tend to happen

But sincerely, you don't know how to count pips in gold.

And knowing how to count pips in an instrument is the first step to understanding risk management


If I am wrong, Correct my opinion on counting pips with the relevant data that you have.

If not, do well to correct your earlier post on twenty pips stop loss in gold...
