A plot in Udenwa estate not far from that place is 150mil. And I've done construction job in that estate and outside for a band MD(now former) who lives there as well.

I that was how one of you said to build 3 bed bungalow in Abia cost N500m pls despite building material is costly I'm into property business pls I know a worth of any house mere seen the picture.

Average 3 bedroom bungalow will use plus or minus 3,500 blocks pls multiply with whatever amount they sell block in your state or area.

10 bags of cement will erect 1,000 blocks pls add it up.

Then add a load of sand and gravel depending on the price in your state or area then add all together.

Others materials roofing sheet, roofing planks, plastering, painting, toilet seats and shower according to your state and area price chart.

Add all and see that talking N500m for bungalow is like a thief talking shit.

Assets, sources of wealth & tax payments need to be linked.

That is the fastest way to identify & effectively prosecute corrupt persons.

With 50m anyone can get the best house in Owerri and have enough change, the only people buying real estate in Owerri are imo people, so how do you eco the value to go up!

A colleague of mine was crying that their land which houses the nekede zoo has been taken by Hope and a form is been sold for 500k for those that are interested to buy. The land is so massive that the community is now crying for help. A plot of land there will cost over 100 million if it starts to sell because he says it’s close to Imo Concorde and protea area. Land is very costly in the east.
